We ordered a pizza special but it was no special for a good pizza. The crust was soft, not enough pepperoni and wasn’t hot enough. I had to wait too long to get the order through drive-thru as it didn’t look like the person waiting on drive-thru didn’t have any idea what he was doing. We are sticking with Marco’s Pizza on Florence from now on.

I'd leave 0 stars if I could. Beware of this location!!! The management needs to go!! They will NOT remake or refund an error!!! I never get on here to leave bad reviews but everyone must know to avoid this place at all costs. Ive remained calm when I called and yet I still get a no on a remake, not once but twice now. Any other pizza place offers a remake or refund, you wont get either here. It's a scam location!!! Customer satisfaction is not important at all. Is there some management bonus for not having refunds or remakes or what!? Shame on the manager!!!

I’d give this location 6 stars for service if I could. I messed up and ordered a pizza for pickup from the Muscle Shoals store instead of this one. The young man that worked the window was kind enough to match the price for the pizza and called the Muscle Shoals store and had them refund my order. He did not have to do any of that, but he did.
That exemplifies customer service. The pizza was great as always and loved the fact they now offer a small pizza.
We will definitely re-visit this store simply because of the actions of this employee.

My Alfredo chicken pizza was missing the chicken, they didn't get the cut correct, and they forgot to give the soda I ordered. When called about these issues I was offered 2 free pizzas and the 2L of soda. When I went to collect the redo order, I was told all they were going to offer me was the sofa. Not the first time orders have been wrong.
