I knew this was going to be an adventure when the lady in front of me asked what came on the pork sandwich, to which the Rick's associate replied, "I don't know. I've never had it.". According to the ticket, Soren was the associate. He refused to acknowledge us only staring ahead as if in a daze until I finally ask "How are you?". I am not making this up. He fumbled through the order and forgot to charge for drinks, so he is no bonus to...
Just went through the drive through here, and the customer service was top tier! 2 minutes before they closed, they were still willing and eager to serve me. Everyone seemed happier than normal for a fast food place, and they were very respectful and kind. I really enjoyed the service and food!
