I’m not sure what has happened to this location lately, but the store at 2601 S. Cicero has become extremely disorganized. This has been one of the most chaotic retail experiences I’ve encountered. I called customer service and was placed on hold, only to be completely ignored. When I arrived at the store, no one seemed willing or able to assist.
Instead of trying to help or escalate the issue appropriately, the first employee I spoke with immediately asked a cart attendant to radio security, rather than contacting a manager. The cart attendant Told security , “The customers are starting to get hostile,” which was not only inaccurate but unhelpful. No effort was made to address the situation or provide a resolution.
It’s concerning that staff would rather deflect responsibility and make inappropriate assumptions than assist paying customers. I strongly suggest the team be trained on customer service, conflict resolution, and proper communication—especially in distinguishing genuine hostility from justified frustration.
Additionally, the curbside pickup service at this location is unreliable. On more than one occasion, customer service has closed before the store itself, making order pickups nearly impossible unless you go inside yourself.
Overall, I do not recommend shopping at this location. If it’s the only one near you, be prepared for a frustrating experience. I will not be using their curbside service again, and I would encourage others to consider alternative options if possible.

I love Sam's Club Cafe. They have a variety of delicious pizza, pretzels, hotdogs, slushies, fountain drinks, and so much more at very decent prices.It's so convenient.Yesterday was my first time having the Buffalo chicken wrap, and it was one of the best wraps I've ever had! So good!

Some of the employees are nice and helpful, others seem to go out of their way to be rude at this location. One of the workers who always seems to be checking receipts speaks to customers in such an unprofessional manner. I’ve cringed on numerous occasions after hearing him speak to customers as though he is far better than them or make jokes that pan out to just plain rude even to the point of being insulting. He speaks to customers as though he is superior to them and it’s incredibly poor customer service. As someone who has worked in retail as well as management of employees serving the public I am shocked that Sam’s club allows this kind of behavior.

I don’t recommend it at all, they just lost my business and membership. To stand there and tell me cause I’m not a plus member I couldn’t check out till 10 am is complete bs. It should not matter if they’re a plus member or not your suppose to treat everybody the same. Money is money either way it goes it don’t matter. After I’ve worked all night long and drove from Russellville when I could of been sleeping. You should treat every body the same just cause they’re not or are a plus member. Complete bs

This was the second time I ordered online from Sam's Club. I'm doubting keeping up my plus membership at all. One item I ordered was lettuce. You get two heads in a bag. Let me say that both heads were brown, VERY small and wilted. Another item I ordered was the Broccoli Salad. If you've ever smelled a dirty, stinky dish rag, THAT is what it smelled like when I opened the container. The salad was mostly stems and had very little fleurettes'. AND it had sunflower seeds in

they are no deals at Sam's anymore you actually can buy thanks cheaper at Walmart. I just renewed my Sam's Membership but I don't think I will be renewing it anymore it seems like a waste of money

I went to Sams Club in Florence Al. to have new tires installed on my van 7-26-2019. Every thing went fine until we left and i decided to have them check the tires they had just installed to see if they had the correct air pressure in them. They checked and none of the tires had the correct pressure. Some had 40 psi some had 39 and so on. The shop guy adjusted the pressure and said everything was fine. We drove home and let the tires cool off for a few hours and checked them

Sam's has a great hot dog combo for less than $2. It includes a huge drink and it is refillable. They also have pizza but, the dough is too tough. The topping are good. They have other things on the menu but, these are the favorites.
