Ive been here several times and each time I regret it. Just sat in car trying to order and no one ever answered the light. Food is just thrown together and employees are rude!

Whoever the night crew was on 03/08/2025 they were amazing! The person who took my order was giving 10/10 customer service. Our sundae came out quick as well.

They took away some of the ordering spots and there slushy machine has been down over a week and there systems down so they can't take orders guess I'm gonna have to find another place to eat

We ordered the blt meal 7.69. To get 1 1/2 piece of bacon cut for a whole sandwich, Tator tots refried. The young lady was nice wasn't her fault. She said her manager cooked it. No he didn't the bacon was cold.

Pulled up to speaker ask us to hold on waited 23 minutes and they finally came back to tell us they was only serving drinks I asked why they had us wait 23 minutes and she gave multiple excuses I say that because she kept changing her story as to why I asked why she just say drinks only to begin with and she said well our grill person needed a break make it make sense we eat here often but this went to far

Zero customer service. Stopped at 8:11 and people inside talking hanging out and I watched 5 cars come and go who were never reconginized. They need to just close. It’s always a long wait and bad service here ever when they do let you order.

The place looked good, not rundown or anything like that. Food is normally pretty good for what you get. However today, it left alot to be desired. The tots weren't crispy. And the burger just tasted off today. One of the drinks tasted like chemicals and we didn't even drink it. Just dumped it after taking a tasting sip.

6/16/24 I ordered a strawberry cheesecake shake for my dad and myself a caramel shake for myself, after pulling up to the drive thru the employee told us that the milkshake machine was broken. The same experience happened at the same location less than a month prior. Anyway they asked if we wanted blast’s instead and we said yes. My dad ordered a Reese’s blast and I ordered m&m. I can tell that they made my dad’s first because I could taste and see bits of Reese’s mixed in my blast. Thankfully my nut allergy is not as severe as it used to. Obviously they did not clean the mixer in between making blasts. I have seen this location go down hill really bad the past couple of years. Such a shame!
