I did an online order. When I got there I pulled into the spot gave my stall number and I had to wait like 30 mins. When I got the food got home it was cold the Burger was plain and the cheese sticks was cold and burnt. The coke was Diet Coke and the coke I got my was the biggest one and it was Diet Coke as well was supposed to be to be coke with cherry flavored and real cherry in it. I want a refund but no one will email me back

carhop: Ash check no: 170450 @ 7:43pm 9/12 (just a few minutes ago). My order was $9.50. I gave her a $20. she only gives $10.05 back (should've been $10.50). so I shouldn't have even tipped the other $1 since she had tipped herself already. and my shake was supposed to be "STRAWBERRY" cheesecake, but apparently they only put it in as a cheesecake shake 🤦♂️. yeah.....pathetic is the word.

Ethan brought my food and drink out carried MY drink in the fold of his arm with it pressed against his chest- near his armpit. Sonic please explain why. You have TRAYS. TRAYS. Why is his index finger resting on top of the lid where MY straw has to be inserted in order for ME the person who paid for it to drink it?????
Untrained employees will always be the reason you lose customers. This is the first sonic I've ever been to where the server or carhop has deliberately decided not to use the tray. He knew he couldn't carry my order and open the door to the restaurant to come out so he thought it made more sense to treat a stranger's drink like it was his??? Unacceptable.

I wish I had caught her name, but my carhop today was absolutely wonderful! She had brown hair in a high bun and wore glasses, and she was so sweet and genuinely kind. It’s the little things that truly make a big impact and brighten someone’s day :)
Waited 45 minutes for them to tell me they can’t sell ice to me absolutely disgusted with this sonic. Waited 20 minutes at the drive through 8 cars pulled off, then drive around to the speaker and waited another 25 minutes. I am so upset this is unacceptable.

I work next door, walked over before my shift started to get some sundaes for a coworker and myself. I waited for approximately 5 minutes with no response from anyone. On this particular day there were also at least two people that have been waiting 10 minutes after I walked back next door. Half the stalls do not work, this location hasn't been able to process any credit or debit card transactions for over a week and a half.

I had to wait an hour for my food, because I was brought the wrong order 4 times. After the fourth time I asked them if I could just have my cheese sticks with ranch. After asking I was brought out my cheese sticks, but not my ranch. They then tried to overcharge me. All I wanted was cheese sticks, a Dr Pepper, and a milkshake. This has happened to me at least 5 times in the last month that they have continuously messed up my order. I highly do NOT recommend because the customer service is absolutely horrendous.
