I go to this place every single Friday and I do a huge order we are a family of six and they always have our order correctly I've only had one mishap where the girl had a little attitude with me but that's okay it's all right but I highly highly recommend the pink drink the green tea lemonade and any of the frappes we have tried all of those and everyone has been amazing
I love coming here to get coffee. Today though there was a lady with blue hair, I didn’t get her name down though. She showed excellent customer service to the two girls in front of me but when it came time to take my order specifically she was showing terrible customer service...but passively. Like she didn’t want to take my order but had to since I was already there. She didn’t ask if I wanted my receipt and she didn’t give me a straw and sugar for my coffee either like...
For someone that was looking for this place from out of town it was difficult. It is located inside this building that is on the College CampusThe GPS took me to a parking lot but I had to ask somebody where it was I mean there were no signs or anything telling you where it is I had to ask someone to find it. Unusual for a Starbucks
