We (party of 3) visited this location today around 4:15. Although there were no customers in line inside, the store was busy. We ordered and were served inside and sat down to enjoy our drinks. After about 30 minutes, one of the employees said they are closing early due to being understaffed. It was 4:45. The store’s hours show the store closing at 9 pm. The same employee (one of three or four employees working) stated two more times they were closing and asked us to leave! Everyone please take your business elsewhere Dutch Bros or one of the other coffee shops. Pitiful excuse at service.

Stopped here in the midst of holiday season with everyone shopping. The workers were so calm here despite having a line of 10 cars and were quick to take my order while maintaining a polite and nice attitude. One worker in particular, Bel, was so nice! Will be returning soon!

Iced sugar cookie latte and egg pesto mozzarella was awesome. The CHEERY atmosphere made for a very enjoyable 30 minutes before work . The red and green sprinkles topped my cookie drink just so cute and holiday perfect!! Love the delivery the presentation and the setting. Perfect spot!!!!!!

I love Max Courtney and Pluto! They are the best baristas ever!! My kids look forward to saying hi to them also. They are always so sweet never had a bad experience. Poor things are overworked but they always smile even when they are backed up with orders. I go everyday and they always have my drink ready!

Very clearly said Venti, and i got a tall. They wouldn’t fix it bc i paid for a tall. You work for a multi billion dollar coffee company, fix your mistake.

Thank you to the girl who comped my coffee after accidentally charging me for someone else's order, I didn't mind and would have paid for mine but I appreciate the awesome customer service. The employees are always great here, this is a very well managed store.
