I only get hot chocolate from Starbucks and only in the winter time. This was going to be my first visit to this location. Door is locked with a note on the door to use the mobile app and go through the drive thru. No thanks. And I don’t think I have ever seen a Starbucks with only 2 cars in the drive thru. Guess they want to get paid without having to work. The staff looked like they were having a lot of fun inside.

The food is good, when you can get it.
Too frequently I order from the app for in store pickup only to arrive and the building be locked. And due to the fact that I’m normally on my lunch break and can’t wait in a long drive thru line (hence, my reason for ordering ahead and running in to grab it off the counter real quick), I end up having to cancel my order and miss getting to have lunch. Nobody wants to work hungry. The baristas won’t even hand your food out the door for you real quick when it’s already made and ready if you call inside. So much for being a loyal customer. This location has been bad since it reopened from renovations. Glad to see plenty of competition popping up in the area.
I will add, everyone who works here is very friendly. I guess that’s one positive thing. They will tell you to stay hungry with a smile on their face.

Honestly I been a going to sbx since 2021 , Starbucks is my go to almost every morning i get a shaken brown sugar espresso w/ a random bakery items since 2021 I just went today to get my order that I always do online but I sent my partner inside to get it, now mind you I am a upper manager somewhere else so I know how online orders can be a pain especially during peek times I DID place it for drive thru but there was 12+ cars in line and the line wasn’t moving and it’s XMAS time so people are flooding Florence right now so I sent my partner inside to pick it up since it was “ready” and the lady in drive thru was so RUDE to her for no reason , I was doing you a favor by coming inside to get my order not to mention she had to remind you that you missed placed our items … I’m not one to write negative reviews because i know how tough it can be in the food industry but this is the third strike .. the first one was the last last year telling me I need to learn how to order when I LIKE my DRINKS how I like them and the second time is the lady not knowing how to say my name so she says “WHATEVER IT IS “ and rolls her eyes… sorry sbx.. I’m going to toasty coffee in Florence.. it was a nice almost 4 years. 🤍💚

This store does not prioritize any of its walk in customers. They solely focus on the drive thru which i understand but i shouldn’t have to sit for 10mins watching everyone make drive thru drinks while for them to make 2drinks when im the only one in the store. They literally went back and forth about who was going to stop making drive thru drinks to make my drinks. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this store. I try to avoid it at all cost but sometimes target Starbucks runs out of what I’m want so I have to go across the street to this store and it’s always poor service.

We hardly ever use this Starbucks because they will cheat you on your espresso for what you pay. just went through this morning and literally watch the girl only put half of the amount that was supposed to be in there. My advice to you is to go to Starbucks in Target they're much better and won't cheat you out of your money and a lot faster.

The order with your app ahead of time is a JOKE we could have went through drive through 2x. Then the time to pickup was still 15 min behind. Last time here. To many other places I can go just as good. The lady was not nice either. Had she been maybe I would have looked past time issue.
