“Cannot recommend this location enough, hands down the best Subway in Florence. Store is always very clean, staff is always friendly, service is fast and the food is delicious. I've never had a bad experience at this location, some of the employees even remember me and have my order started before I even get in the door. Fantastic store, all around!“

“Liam was there by himself on a Sunday night, but was an awsome sandwich maker. He deserves a raise, a promotion, AND some help on busy weekends. He is an awsome host, very attentive and friendly, just a true joy after some of the attitudes you encounter at other restaurants anymore.“

“I have to admit, I haven’t had Subway in about seven years because past experiences left a lot to be desired—but this location completely redeemed the franchise for me. My boyfriend and I stopped in right before closing, and the two women working went above and beyond. They were genuinely kind, helpful, and welcoming—not just to us, but also to the family who came in after us, even though it was late.

They didn’t rush us at all, and one of them even chopped up parts of my salad to make it easier for me to eat, which I truly appreciated. The ingredients were fresh, the service was excellent, and they even packed extra sauce on the side. On top of all that, they wished us safe travels on our way out.
