Wow guys, my husband and went through there last night and had the best customer service we've experienced in a long time. Brandon was fantastic. Excellent taking our order, asking all the right questions, and overall making us feel welcome and excited to be there. Plus, when we pulled up to the window, we were greeted by a genuine smile. Great job Brandon, and to everyone. Thank you all so much☺️

This crew is up late but yet for some reason care about the food they make. I have to go home really late often and I have one choice so would I choose the Court St location? NEVER I go tho this location and consistently my food is prepared well and tastes good. That other place is not fit for dog food and the customer service is nonexistent . The Florence store the late night crew is cool and do a good job. Ya know it’s 2:30am and they are still happy to help this old guy....

I wish i knew the person who hleped us!! I am computer illterate, & he helped me camcel an order, redo the order, & get my order!! He was amazing! Didnt even make me feel like the dummy i was for not knowing how to work an app!! Kudos to him!! Its just taco bell, but this made it extra special!!!!
