Do not recommend pie factory in Florence. Sat down and ordered a big cheese basket and cheesy bread. It took 40 min + to come out. Never received our order. Snarky responses from the waitress also. Ended up leaving because an appetizer that takes 0 minutes to cook (cheese basket) was never delivered. Downtown Florence pie has gone downhill.
The pie factory in muscle Shoals has the absolute best grilled chicken salad that I've ever eaten
