Pensacola Bayou Boulvand location - worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've seen. Placed pickup order, they said it would take a lot longer than order said. I asked to cancel and they refused, in person, to provide any confirmation it is or will be canceled. The Manager gave me his business card and told me to just keep checking my bank in about a week for a refund. Very disappointed in the food and service I received here and will not eat at this location again. Tourist may fill the coffers, but don't count on locals being regular guests.
Horrible management!!! They treat some of their staff horribly!

Buffalo Wild Wings is a restaurant where service can vary but the food stands out. The onion rings are a favorite, and the chicken wrap is absolutely the BEST. The black cherry Mezaritta is also very good. While the atmosphere is welcoming, the amount of TV screens can be overkill, and the volume makes it hard to talk. The wait staff sometimes leaves something to be desired, with slow service and delays in getting beverages, even when the place isn’t very busy. Despite this, the food is always on point, and many keep coming back for the delicious wings and standout dishes. The service and speed may be inconsistent, but the quality of the meals keeps customers returning.
