“I really liked my hot Matcha, it had a lot of foam and a very rich taste, it was not very sweet, which is perfect 👌! Not in any Starbucks, they prepare a good Matcha. Except for the order of my husband, they gave him a sandwich that was not the one he ordered, he ordered one with Bacon and they gave him a turkey one, we did not return because when we realized it, we were already far away. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️😏“
“As a previous Starbucks partner, I’m always excited to visit other locations while traveling and partake in their cafe experience! Came to this location this morning with my mom and unfortunately the customer connection/hospitality was 0/10. There were 3 people working, all standing at the register with arms crossed. No one greeted us when we came in. No greeting or any kind of smile at the register - only “what can I get for you.” Upon receiving drink and then food I said thank you two separate times, heard nothing in reply. Didn’t even look up to acknowledge me. The drink and food were delicious and out in a very timely manner! The atmosphere was just very poor. They weren’t rude, they just seemed like they didn’t want to be there at all.“
