The " lil girl" at the drive thru is the worst. She has no customer service skills, very rude, never acknowledges the order. She's not polite, never says "please " or "thank you," She is very argumentative and has a very bad attitude. The supervisor on duty today, when I had an unexpected encounter with her, didn't say try to diffuse the situation going on between us.
