My husband ordered a steak, and I chose the crab cakes. My husband’s steak was cooked to perfection, and both meals tasted very fresh and delicious. The prices were very reasonable for the portion sizes and the quality of the food. “Amazing from start to finish. Love the atmosphere, excellent server - when she couldn't answer my husband about the steak she got the owner who completely won my husband the skeptic over! This place honestly was the best food in town and we went back the next night and took our son who just turned green at Fort Benning. My son said it was the best steak he had ever eaten in his life. First night I had shrimp and grits that were amazing but had steak the second night and was blown away by the deliciousness. What a great restaurant! Highly recommend!“

“I was at the one on 13th today for someone’s birthday brunch. It was my first time and I was surely not disappointed. There were plenty of food options to choose from. I got the chicken and waffles with a side of scrambled eggs with cheese. Everything was reasonably priced. The portion size was definitely worth every penny! Our server was kind and consistent in her attentiveness to our table. We never had to ask for drink refills because she always noticed and kept us refilled. My only concern was the spacing and seating for those who are disabled. There are a lot of tables and chairs and they were rather close together. I have a physical disability and may sometimes be in a wheelchair or scooter. I did not see where/how I would’ve been able to navigate throughout the restaurant. I did not ask for disabled assistance today so I do not want to assume that they would not have been able to accommodate me if I had needed such. I also have an autistic child. He would have definitely been overstimulated because of everything being so cramped. I did not see a seating area that was away from of the other busyness, but like I said… I did not ask for such. I called my husband as soon as I got in the car and told him that we had another spot to add to our favs… so I’ll definitely be back!“

However, the service was less to be desired. waited for 15 minutes for our check after we were done eating. not only that, we watched our bartender hit her vape twice behind the bar and proceed to ignore us....we didn't see her for almost 5 minutes at one time while waiting for our check. Thursday night at 7pm...3 other tables. we were the only ones at the bar.“

The Tom kha soup is a must and we got the leftovers packed and it travels really well and stays fresh in the fridge too. We got the spring rolls and fried rice along with the noodles - all of which are extremely filling and savoury. There are a lot of vegetarian/vegan options for those with dietary restrictions.“

“Man oh man. I have been going here for years. I only get pineapple fried rice because it is so delicious. I want to try the pad thai if I can ever break away from the pineapple fried rice. They were closed one day and I was desperate for some pineapple fried rice so I went somewhere else. I was sorely disappointed. Not even close. This restaurant has amazing pineapple fried rice. I wish I could speak for the rest of their food. Hopefully I will soon“

They have a roomy party room and plenty of parking. You could even stop in with your RV! I had no idea about this restaurant, but they’ve been rocking along for almost 30 years! Alcohol is served here, and it’s very child friendly. The prices are great, the portions are HUGE, and you leave full, happy and with LOTS of left overs! Try the Pizza Barria! The salsa is off the chain, and tastes like it just came from the garden. She was very accommodating, listened to my order and got it correct first time. At the end of my meal, she got my to go order, again it was right the first time. “By far my favorite Chinese restaurant in the Columbus/Phenix City area! The hot and sour soup is unrivalled, and it is my go-to comfort food when I am sick. The General Tso’s chicken and the egg rolls are also solid choices and a regular indulgence of mine.
Do you want to know how delicious China Lin is? My workplace ordered China Lin for a staff meeting about 2 years ago. One of my coworkers found a roach in her food. She removed the bug and kept eating. We all did. And we continue to order from China Lin on a regular basis since then.“

“Had dinner here with a group of 5 while we were in town for a conference. Had to wait to be seated, no problem. Place started slowly clearing once we were seated. Our sweet waitress was new. However, it took us a solid 45 minutes to even get our drinks, and food was a little longer than that. The food was great though. But we got our food after 9, so we didn’t really get the time to enjoy it. Go, but don’t go in any rush.“

“Went to Country’s Barbecue and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and seated right away. Our server was super sweet and made the visit even better.

The food was a solid 12/10. We ordered the all-meat barbecue platter along with a baked sweet potato and coleslaw on the side — everything was delicious. To finish, we tried the coconut pie, and it was absolutely amazing.
