Tried to order at the drive-thru and they said they couldn't take real orders "just pickup for people who order online". Thank God the Jack's next door was there and knew how a drive-thru worked.
Terrible customer service!!!! Rude and disrespectful!!
We both got the Ribeye garlic aolli meals the meat was cold. we had to way 10 minutes for fries that were only half cooked. The lobby was disgusting and so were the bathrooms. Good luck calling them cause they turn the phone off.
