Maters has always been my favorite pizza, until today. We ordered a Better Boy. It hardly had anything on it and it was burned. I am so disappointed.
We had a table of 8 and the restaurant was NOT busy at all. We ordered breadsticks (orig wanted mozzarella sticks but they were sold out), pizzas, lasagna and fettuccine Alfredo. The pizzas tasted like the dough was thawed out freezer burn dough and hard, the Alfredo had lumpy sauce and chicken was dried out, the lasagna had no taste. On top of that we waited over an hour for our food. Will not be back.
Just leaving this review makes me want to gobble up a Better Girl and some Mater’s Spaghetti! Also, thank you for being a “stand up” guy and holding employees accountable.
