It was a great down to earth friendly place to eat. Seating was spaced out. Food was good as described and staff had the friendly southern hospitality that we all know and love. Would recommend this place to friends.
One of the BEST burgers I have had in a long time. Cooked to order. Great taste. Crispy exterior. Juice inside. And the crimp on the bun gave it a little extra texture. I had the chili burger and it was delicious. My husband had the Strand burger and loved it!

On Tuesday Sept 28 we went to Fort Payne to see the Alabama museum. After our tour we rode up to town and went to the park. We walked downtown looking for a place to eat and someone recommended The Strand. We walked in to a pleasant surprise. We found it charming and whimsical. Me met a friendly man named Heath.
