Today was the third day going to Charleys and being turned away. Monday we got there 20 mins after they opened and the lady said it would be another 30 mins. Yesterday something else happened and we couldn't be helped. Tonight an hour before closing we stopped and once again the same lady said it was be 5-10 mins so we came back then another 20 mins so we came back again and we still can't be helped. Management should really go straighten it out in there

Have had Charley’s in multiple states and on multiple military bases and I have never seen a Charley’s restaurant this problematic. I LOVE Charley’s but this specific location is not it. I have come here multiple times and every time it’s the same thing. They consistently do not have fries or lemonade available doesn’t matter day of the week or time of day. If you come after 1pm lunch rush all of a sudden the lemonade machine is broken and they can’t make fries. Worst...read full review

I went there today for lunch and the cashier was BEYOND rude. She rang up my order incorrect and when I let her know she shouted over to the other workers ‘someone needs to take over the register before my nerves get my mouth in trouble’. I heard her be rude to the other customers in line as well. Would love some info to report her to a higher up as well.Only giving it two stars because the food tasted okay.
