To forgetting things we asked for when taking our orders, to getting rude when asking for the things we asked for when we ordered our food. Brought our checks out , and then said she had to add gratuity, even tho one of my friends had already paid her ticket. She voided it out, and gave her the new ticket. Charged me gratuity on the 2 To-Go orders I had on my ticket. Thank goodness the manger split the Check up. The server was literally talking over my friend that was with us that was explaining the problems we were experiencing, and the manager finally told her to leave the conversation. We love the Gardendale location, we always go there with my daughter's whole ball team, and never once were we charged gratuity, and the service and food have always been excellent. The manager said, it was from corporate is the reason for mandatory gratuity for people 6 and over. Totally not true!!! Would NOT recommend the Tuscaloosa Mugshots!!!“

“Great place to eat! Lots of different options-it's the convenience of fast food but with tons of healthy options. Owners were great, they made some recommendations on what to try. I got the Philly Flatbread and it was delicious! Great protein coffee as well, we will definitely be back!“

Everyone I’ve ever interacted with there was funny and polite, and every time I don’t know what to eat I always know I can rely on ameers, they have the best food in t town by far. When I told my doordasher to tell them how much I love their food they gave us free sides and wrote a very nice note. 10/10 will go again!“

“The service is as sweet as the tea. The BBQ sauce is stand alone, but why would you let it be?? Apply liberally…you can thank me later. If sides matter to you, and they should, you won’t be disappointed…take a leisurely stroll from the wood smoke in the black eyed peas over to the perfectly salted okra and on down tangy lane to bbq beans you’ll want to sop to the last drop. “For years, the Ladies at Hardee's on Lurleen Wallace Blvd have been very professional and super nice!! It is a breath of fresh air b/c other fast food places are either rude or indifferent..
I want you to know these Hardee's ladies are top notch. Wonderful.
