They are unable to handle large crowds. I came with a group of 40 people on Saturday morning the worker just froze. No one took the initiative to get the workers motivated to start taking our orders. We waited about ten minutes before started taking our orders. Then the bama cash and credit card machines broke and I left. I would not recommend this Jacks if you have a large group of students. horrible service!!!
