I drove 2 and a half hours to eat here and it did not disappoint, I got the 8 piece lunch combo for $16 and the wings were huge, came with a side of fries

The absolute biggest and best wings around. Customer service was very friendly and helpful with the menu. We highly recommend!!!

I really thought this would be a good place to eat since the one in Jacksonville, AL is always amazing. I would not recommend this place. I ordered a basic cheese burger with onion rings. My boyfriend ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. We also ordered an appetizer tater skins which seemed to be old like cooked day before. The sweet tea tasted spoiled. It took 45 minutes maybe longer to get my burger. The excuse was it takes time for the grill to warm up. My onion rings were burnt and the burger tasted like chemicals. By the time the food arrived we had to take a few bites and leave to get to the place we were going in time. I have never seen a business ran like this especially not even being busy.
When we went to pay. I found out the reason everything was in slow motion. If you have a tv in the kitchen with sports playing then you won't get the guys in the kitchen to cook. All 3 were just standing there by the window and door eyes glued to the TV. I get sports are important but when it becomes a distraction from cooking food that is a problem for business and quality of food. No reason onion rings burnt if the cook was paying attention. No reason it takes a burger over 45 mints to cook. I have cooked in restaurants. Next time I am in Gasden, I will never return here. So, if anyone is reading my review, here are the best places that I have been to in gasden to eat. El Patons is a good Mexican restaurant it is across from old good year factory. Jefferson's. Olive Garden, and Long Horn.
I will now only eat at the jacksonville location. Save your money. Don't eat here.

Sat immediately, the waitress as attentive and kind. The food prices were good and the amount of food was surprising. The wings were absolutely delicious and crispy. Tenders were soo big and my picky eater loved them. We also had the alfredo sub. I have absolutely no complaint. This was a great place to stop after noccalula falls!

Exceptionally grilled chicken. One of the few that doesn't overcook it. And one of even fewer that just doesn't give you a few small pieces on a salad. Had to be a big full chicken breast on the salad that I ordered. I couldn't even finish it all. It was very well done and very fresh

These ppl are much better than Jefferson's. The wings are always done. The wait staff is more engaging. I usually have to ask for my wings to cook extra long. But Coop know what they are doing.

I recommend the everything. what I can't abide is a member of the Emery family (Joseph), posting on Facebook support for Jefferson's Restaurant and their wings. money hungry family that doesn't want to put in the work I am ashamed of these people.

Best hamburger Ever!

Best wings in Gadsden. If y’all haven’t gotten the Cajun ranch with lemon pepper, DO IT. The employees are always nice & I’m so glad they came to town❣️

Fried okra appetizer was delicious! Impressed out of state visitors.... Everyone enjoyed (and had leftovers) the various sandwiches that were tried...
