My family and I, visited one evening, loud laughter, cutting up and caring on. Waited for 2 Blizzards for 30 minutes. Because she admitted she forgot about our order.... And I only had HALF the ice cream in blizzard. Very disappointed!

From my initial review 5 years ago The service is certainly a mixed bag. There was a young person who was on their phone at at least two of my last visits who could not be bothered with customers at all. There was a very large I think the correct word is they them? With a pointy fingernail that was especially long but they were very friendly and that it's not the experience I expected from a person like that. If there were more of them at this establishment I would visit...

Purpled headed boy working had the sweetest customer service. When our food was ready he personally came to our table and spoon fed me my Choco Brownie Extreme Blizzard! When we were done, he dabbed my mouth with a napkin, and gently walked me to the exit, getting down on one knee and hoping we come back. 10/10
