About half of the time, the service is good. Other times, they are rude or don't seem like they even want to be there. I only go through drive-thru, so I can not speak for the inside. I don't know if it is posted or anything, but the workers seem to not want to take orders after 6 pm.
Panda has to figure out online ordering through the app. If I place online order for 1230pm pickup when I arrive at the store, I shouldn’t have to stand in line for 20 minutes just for my order to be plated. Oh , but they are out of the item, and do I mind waiting. I literally watched you serve the item in my order placed 45 minutes ago. What do you do because food is paid for but I will be late getting back to work because I had to wait 35 minutes to pick up online order.
Disappointed in the extremely small serving of chicken. Also disappointed in the rice being overly dry. The egg rolls were very over cooked. My mom is being treated for cancer at Gadsden regional hospital, having never lived close enough to eat at Panda Express regularly, I've enjoyed being able to get meals to go a few times over the past month. I'll be back once more because every restaurant can have a bad day every now and then. Hopefully next visit will be back to...
