I ordered a family Mariners Seafood family Boil (online claims to feed 4-5 people), a regular Mariners Seafood boil, and chicken linguine Alfredo I drive an hour to pick it up an hour back home to find out I have 0 none crab legs and only 10 shrimp call them the manager tells me I can come back if I want so I drive another hour (3 hours total at this point) back for the rest of my food asked to talk to manager 3 times it takes 35 minutes for him to come out then another 15 minutes...read full review
Great food, but your waiter bob did not know if I was eating crab poop or not and I’m very peeved about that. But in all great service.
I am repeating my self . last three trips to Red Lobster were total flops. poor service left off items ordered from the minute. one of the servers spent a lot of time at a table where several women sat. all were laughing and talking. we could not get him to serve us.. one trip was to Huntsville. same problem there. poor service long waits. we normally get gift cards to Red Lobster every xmas and birthdays. we have let our family not to get Red Lobster. we go for Longhorn.now
