Not a great lunch experience for my visit. Only had an hour for lunch and the food took 39mins to make it to the table with only my table and one other seated, prob understaffed. Sweet tea and fried okra were 5⭐️ thou.

I came and ate with my daughters. They seated us fast. That was nice. They are out of a lot of stuff. We asked for 3 pork ribs and they only had two. We order 2 potato salad and they only got one and it was a very small portion. The food was ok. I liked the pulled pork, but wasn’t crazy for either the pork or beef ribs. This is some of the best BBQ we've had at any restaurant. The owner and waitstaff are very friendly. The atmosphere embraces natural wood materials and is a cozy atmosphere. We would highly recommend Smokehose 227!
