GREAT. My first time inside of this Starbucks! since Florida. Perfect hot-spot for a student, employers, employee on the go!
They said 10 minute wait because of machine issues. No problem, then 25 minutes later still no drink. Everyone ahead of me when I got there has got their stuff and left. Now people who got stuff after me are getting their stuff (hot and cold drinks) So I asked the young man working and he says there are still 3 ahead of me. I don’t doubt they have a machine problem but there is also some organization issues as well.
Well employees need better mannerisms on cleanliness. There was two that kept rubbing their noses and just kept fixing drinks. I would’ve thought it if I was the manger had the employees doing something else besides fixing drinks

The Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed reviews. The location at the fuel stop has its own entrance and is convenient. The atmosphere is unbeatable, with a great community vibe and amazing music. The service is generally good, with exceptional staff members who are friendly and attentive. For example, one server offered a package of 3 strawberry cake pops to transport them safely for grand daughters in TN, which was a great idea. Another customer was impressed by the exceptional service from Jamie, who demonstrated professionalism and genuine warmth. However, there are complaints about the store manager. When she works the window, she is not friendly, does not smile, and looks miserable, with poor customer service skills. A former barista trainer and share holder noted high-school drama conversation behind the counter was not good for business. Despite these issues, the drinks are fast, and a warm gingerbread chai with 4 shots of espresso was perfect temperature and tasted wonderful. Overall, the food and service are great, and many would go back and highly recommend the location.
