Pull up at 1:45pm & the dining room is closed. I'm tired of this at literally every fast food restaurant. You can't sit down with friends & have a meal anymore.
Plus I ordered on the app so I had to come inside the door by the drive thru window to pick it up & it took them forever to get my order ready. We pulled up to the drive thru at 731 and they told us they closed at 730. Neither of the cars in front of us stopped at the window so I’m assuming they turned them away too.
I understand they are short handed but turning people away at exactly 730 (or a few min before) is a bit ridiculous.
