best customer service, always with a smile. The whole team rules
Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes . Would have left been couldn’t get out . Only two people working and one of them didn’t know what he was doing . My food had been sitting on counter the whole time but he didn’t know it . Burger King’s service has always been awful . I don’t know why they can’t hire more people and why there is so much turnover.

The big fish sandwich meal remains a disappointment, noted as small and dry, while the onion rings continue to lack flavor. A recent visit highlighted an issue with a Hi-C fruit punch drink, which came out blue due to mixed-up bags. Although the staff promptly provided a replacement, the lack of communication about the problem was noticeable. Despite these issues, the friendly cashier service and the efforts of the entire staff have been recognized.
