No sweet tea. Soda drinks were flat. Forgot to give us our fries. Nasty attitudes and acted like they would rather be anywhere else on the planet. Didn’t even ask to fix our problems since i figured I would get an eye roll and mumbles. Never coming back to this location. Surprised how fast this location went downhill

🤗My first time here and let me tell you great customer service 🤗Jawanna it's one of the best customer service that I have had she recommend me a really great deal but most of all her service is what made everything pleasant🤗The food😋 is delicious everything was made fresh chicken was juicy and but lots of flavor smashed potato had just amount of gravy biscuits or softened buttery fries or crispy and airy very good fries red beans and rice just the right amount of both combination 🤗Jawanna recommended a really great deal for me ❣Thank you so much for your kindness and your service🙏 From your friendly truck driver from California🚛 💯❣

Got there at 1015 it says they close at 11 she said we cant cook anything we arw about to close in a few minutes ?? So not open? Must be great for business

I am appalled how bad Popeyes are wow the chicken was so nasty had to throw it away the employee's were so rude and was just standing there talking not working we got out chicken 45 minutes later and it was terrible the tables were dirty with food and spilled drinks and it was like that when we gotten there I do definetly not recommend this place at all

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed and paid for a mobile order at 10:00 PM on the 16th and arrived at Popeyes at 10:15 PM, well before their 11:00 PM closing time. I was told they had already shut down all equipment used to make chicken and had nothing available to fulfill my order. Despite this being entirely on their end, the employee refused to provide a refund and told me to go through the app. I submitted a support request, but it was closed without any resolution or refund. I never received my food and now have to dispute the charge with my bank. Completely unacceptable service.

Waited over 30 minutes for 6 pieces of chicken and fries...fries were cold and as long as i had to stand there they should have been fresh...WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

They were out of chicken when I bought a 4 piece they gave me the most petrified chicken. It was hard and dark brown in the middle like there had never been juice in the meat. Yikes. Not normal for this location but still they should not have served that.

That cashier don’t deserve working there
She told me that they open 9:30am and I waited went back at 9:30am and she said no is 10am when we open is 9:44am now and they are taking customers 😡😡😡
