I sat in the drive thru line for approximately 10-15 minutes for a small order of fries, McDouble and a sweet tea. When I got to the window, she passed out my tea, no ice; she said that she did not have ice in drive thru but there was ice in the lobby. I asked her if she could go to the lobby to get some ice.
