“Pork was good, sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste. The meat has a really nice flavor and I didn’t think the it really needed sauce. My husband loved the sauce because he likes a sweeter sauce. The baked beans were delicious. The potato salad was way too sweet. The smoked chicken sandwich is huge. It is tender and juicy but it does lack some flavor. I don’t care to add condiments so that I can enjoy the flavor of the meat. The tomato on the sandwich really helped because it was fresh, juicy and very tasty. The bun was fresh. The stew was very good. I enjoyed the flavors and the heartiness of it.The brownie was disgusting - do not bother. It was dry and old.The lady working was very nice and the service was great. This is a smoke trailer in a gas station parking lot with a porch built on the back with some picnic tables. Be prepared to picnic and watch cats run around and cars go by.“
“I live my life by the rule that if you find a little hole in the wall restaurant running off the side of a gas station in the middle of nowhere, it's going to serve some of the best or some of the worst food you've ever eaten. There are no exceptions. This is some of the best. Do yourself a favor and don't pass on this place if you're passing through.“
“Uncle E's has great smoked Brisket, Ribs, Pulled Pork, Fried Chicken Gizzards and Livers. Their sides are awesome, I highly recommend their Potato Salad and Baked Beans. The staff are professional and friendly and the portions are good for the price. I have ate at many BBQ restaurants and this one is at the top of my list.“
