Not only is the food always lukewarm and the service terrible beyond reason, I'm a DoorDash Delivery Driver who picks up orders from this location a lot. They are always slow and rude to all their customers, which I'm used to, but today, they dropped the ball. The other day I picked up an order and delivered it to the wrong house by accident, across the street from where it was actually going. We stopped on our way back from the beach and it was one of the best Zaxbys we’ve ever visited. The service was excellent. The crew was very hard working and hospitable. When we walked in, the line to order was out the door and all the tables were full. It was super busy the entire time we were there. The employees worked efficiently and were very polite to everyone!
Love Zaxby’s… first time at this particular one. I got the Cobb Salad and very impressed with how fresh the ingredients were.🤗
