Arby's is an older location that can be surprisingly good despite feeling dated inside. The front counter staff are friendly and make customers feel valued, treating them like human beings rather than just paying customers. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, and staff are attentive to guests' needs. The food is prepared quickly, with hot and cold drinks, and the fried turkey sandwich was served hot and was very good. While there may be occasional order mix-ups, such as substituting jalapeno bites for fries, overall the quality remains high. Customers appreciate the friendly service and good-tasting meals.
