Food was delicious, and fairly quick was during a freck tropical storm but they managed. Waitress checked us several times.as we had kids with us and made sure they were entertaining with silly faces or silly songs. Atmosphere was great and definitely recommend people going just not.in middle of tropical storm.

Great place to eat right in the harbor, family friendly atmosphere with arcade, gift shop and giant aerial playground and more. Food is always good and service may be a tad slow but not always. Will not hold that against any establishment.

We had a wonderful experience while visiting LuLu’s restaurant. Food, service, and entertainment were all great. The manager (Steve) made sure everything was perfect and came by several times to check on us. Definitely a return trip in our future

Just for reference before I begin I have food allergies, so I asked for a food allergy menu which for starters was amazing that they actually had one, one of the Managers his name was Les came over and took my order, but it’s not this that stood out, it’s that while he was taking my order rather than seeing me differently because of my allergies like they do at most restaurants, he treated me like I was an actual person who cannot control what i’m allergic too.

If anyone finds themselves in Orange beach or gulf shores area. Go check out lulu’s to eat. Yes the wait can be long but there is all kinds of stuff to do there or get there early enough and the wait won’t be too bad. ANYWAYS- I was diagnosed 6 months ago with alpha gal (a meat allergy) and I haven’t been going out to eat a lot because I’m scared of cross contamination. Well I went to lulu’s and as I’m ordering I just said a simple sentence, I have a meat allergy…our waiter stopped me mid sentence and said “hold on real quick, we take allergy’s very serious here and only our managers handle the allergies.” Two minutes later I have a manager at my table with a red slip she knew exactly what my allergy was. I gave her my order and she let me know that they have an entire different prepping and cooking area for allergy orders. She took my order to the kitchen herself and brought it out herself right as everyone else was getting their food. This was just an amazing thing. I’m still a little embarrassed to speak up in restaurants not wanting to be the difficult customer. But they showed me so much respect and caring never acting like I was an inconvenience and making sure I was able to enjoy the food experience like the rest of my group. For me the very best part was I could sit and eat my meal with confidence and no fear of cross contamination. I never truly realized until that moment how much I worry and stress over that any other day. So thank you Lulu’s for giving me a safe place to eat while on vacation.

Fantastic atmosphere with water-view and indoor seating available. Fun stuff for the kids to do and the vibe was great. $5 off your purchase in the gift shop when you show your receipt. The blackened fish tacos and shrimp quesadilla were amazing! Also tried the fried green tomatoes...tasty sauce!
