Food quality is outstanding. The grilled oysters are delicious and memorable they're so good. The prickly pear mojito is just as memorable as the food. We were there on Spring Break in 2024 and in 2021 and both times the food was worth the long wait times.Kid-friendliness: There is a kid's menu.
All food,from appetizers on, was good. Gumbo (chicken) was good but would have liked a darker rue. Also not much chicken or sausage of any size. Bloody Mary was really good as was pina colada. Alligator bites very tender and moist. Oysters..both ... were very good. Big platter (for two) was very good. Nice crust. I totally recommend this place for anyone within an hour drive. Or even a longer drive because you won't be disappointed. A touch of Cajun in a seafood restaurant. You can't beat it!
