Bacon ranch pizza was buttery less like ranch which it is amazing pepperoni cheese pizza just good pepperoni cheese pizza and that what we got it is currently closed and it is ok priced

Ordered carry out online and picked up in 30 minutes. Super good pizza and breadsticks, perfect for dinner in after a day on the beach! Barbara Ann was the best! Definitely our new go-to when we come to Gulf Shores.

Pizza was decent, not very good portion of toppings when paying 2.25 per topping. Poppa Rocco has much better pizza.

We have ordered from Surfside Pizza numerous times over the years and have never had such a poor customer service experience as we did tonight. We placed an online order (at 4:45) for delivery at 5:45. at 6:00 we called to check on the order and ask if we needed to come pick it up if delivery was running behind. We were told that our ticket had been deferred. We asked them to please make that ticket active and proceed with our order as planned. We were told it would be about 25 minutes. At 7 o’clock we called again and waited on hold for 20 minutes. When we went to the store to check on the order, it had not been made and we were told again that our ticket had been deferred. We reminded them that we had called over an hour ago and they had assured us it would only be 25 minutes. Although they offered to refund us and begin the order right, then we opted to cancel the order entirely as we had already been waiting over two hours. I’m not sure if we will be ordering from this establishment again as the customer service experience was so terrible.

We just ordered a Barbara Ann pizza and it was delish. The crust was thin and crispy. The ingredients were plentiful and the taste was amazing. We picked it up and it was still hot when we got to our room. Loved it and will be ordering on our next visit!

Michael was our server and he was very courteous and quick! The California girl pizza and Lil Blue Panda ice cream was AMAZING! Atmosphere was poor only due to one of the partial owners who seemed to be talking bad about his employees attitudes outside. He did not greet us as Michael did nor take our orders, ask about our service, or quality of our orders. He stayed outside talking on the phone the entire time. I would go back for Michael alone

We ordered for the 1st time tonight, delivery, The Pizzas were amazing. Meat lovers and the big Kahuna 2 salads(one would have been plenty). Definitely recommend.
