We really enjoy eating here. We have eaten here several times and it has been great. Food and service has been spot on every visit. Definitely recommend a visit, you will not be disappointed.

Steak was really medium rare instead of medium well, the sides were so cold. My fiancés crab cakes were hard as a rock. I was so not pleased!

The place was packed as it should be. The scenery is amazing to go along with the food and service.
The crab claws were huge and really cooked perfect.
The seafood bisque they had tonight was over the top. So much seafood in there and served hot. Great tasking in every bite.
The Cesar salad was ok. Kind of mix your own to your liking. It was good, but would have preferred it already being tossed all together and served, but that is just my preference.
The pork chop was cooked perfectly and just perfect to finish the night. I loved how it was grilled and the marbling was perfect. The baked potato that was served with it was fresh as well and not overcooked.

Wonderful food, great service, great place just go early! Parking is hard to find in the evening. Met the owners and they are wonderful! Hope they make a location in the future in Decatur!

Great views, service and food! The sweet tea marinated pork chops, filet and twice loaded potato are gold. Also be sure to try the bread pudding!

The food here was decent but everything was way overpriced. We ordered a $16 app dip and was brought an insufficient number of saltine crackers in plastic wrappers to eat it. The table was full of plastic wrap and crumbs by the time we were done. The bathroom was dirty and no paper towels. We waited long periods for the food and paid up charges for our sides which were sub par. We were notified upon finishing that there’s an up charge for paying with credit card, something I’ve never seen any “upscale” type of restaurant do. Overall, food was okay but not impressed with delivery, quality, or customer service.

My husband and I dined here about a year ago. The food was excellent!!! We are both pretty particular, and our steaks were cooked perfectly. Unfortunately the service staff were young and somewhat inattentive. It depended on who was nearby. It is unfortunate when you pay for high-quality food and atmosphere and get fast food service.
I will go back, and hopefully, some of the less experienced servers have followed the lead of more seasoned ones.

I guess when it's the only steakhouse you can get away with this... The location is nice and service was good, but the quality of the steak for the price was disappointing. The 9oz filet was $46, nearly double what the same steak is at Longhorn is but half the flavor.
We had 5 in our party and all had a variety of steaks and no one was thrilled with quality, taste or price. Most were on temperature or close enough, so it wasn't an issue with cooking.

You can't go wrong with Big Mike's! If you want to eat the best steak you've ever had this is where you go. The service is great! It does take a while to get in; but they have things to keep you entertained while you wait in the area.
