The Sno Biz is good, but the customer service was not. The employee was very rude when I asked what time they open. A friendly attitude goes a long way, especially in a place where families come to spend time together. I hope management addresses this because the way customers are treated is just as important as the quality of the product.

We take the kids for a shaved ice every time we go to guntersville. They are so good, only place ive ever gotten shaved ice and actually enjoy them. Everyone needs to try Sno Biz, and the cream that you can add to yours is so good!! We love this place!!

So many options !!! The owner I believe it was gave us so many recommendations and even gave us a frozen hot chocolate ! This is my second encounter with the business and so far my favorite I think it was Strawberry and Pina colada ? With 3x cream!

The only place we go to for our snowcones!! They are affordable and amazing!! I highly recommend the peach, mango and strawberry mix if you like it more on the sweet side they offer sweet cream drizzle and if you like it more on the tart/sour side they have sour spray as well. They are always polite, professional and just down right friendly workers. They have a wonderful manner with kids too, my grands love to place their own order and they are always super nice to the kiddos.
