You really need experienced wait staff and cook's. I know that kind of employees are hard to find. Maybe if you reopen, take a little more time training the staff.

They were out of custard and out of Dr Pepper. When she started to give the drinks to us, there was splatters of pop all over the cups. My husband had to ask her to wipe them off.

The location me and my wife visited was really clean and well keep, On the other hand the burger I got was awful!!! It tasted like warm grease!!! Her onion rings were decent she said the steak sandwich was good, maybe it was a one time thing, might try again at a later date..

The manager is super friendly and remembered our faces the second time we came to eat dinner. Waitresses and cooks have been so nice and professional as well! we have become regulars at the Guntersville location now and will continue coming back often! Frozen custard is amazing, burgers are great!?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went through the drive thru. Ordered hamburger and chicken tender burger- both with onion rings. Would love to say burger was great, but I never got one. We got 2 chicken tender burgers. Onion rings were good. Chicken tender burger was good, but not what I wanted. The whole point of going there was for the burger. Would have called to straighten this out without the review, but could not find a number.

The waitress didn’t know where anything was… “sorry I can’t find any ingredients to your banana split.” “Sorry I don’t know how to use the app or redeem your points.”Chicken fingers were burned. Concrete icecream was anything but. It was soupy/liquid. We ended up spending $84 for our family of 6.The staff was nice, the restaurant was clean. They just seemed unprepared.

The cutest little diner. The food and service were great. We even got there late and instead of making us feel unwelcome like many places would they welcomed us in and the service was the best I have ever had hands down. Will definitely be back and feel like I have found a new local food joint to frequent.
