I came through the drive thru Sunday night 08/24/25, and just had to brag about the young lady that waited on me. I believe her name was Rayna? I'm terrible with names, so hope I'm right 🥴, but she exudes customer service. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, and she was patient with me, smiling the whole time, and offered several suggestions, to which helped me get exactly what I didn't know I needed 🤗

Well staffed, friendly service. We grab 2 large, hot, white chocolate mocha coffee & 2 ham & Swiss crescent for breakfast any time we stay the night in Guntersville. It is consistent with good service & good food every visit.

My favorite Starbucks location EVER! The staff and their consistency to make every order the same is what makes this place thrive, they are also just awesome people! I’ve been going to this location for 5+ years and it’s just part of my routine now.
