This was our very first time in a Jack's Restaurant and I have to say it was wonderful for fast food. The dining room was spacious and very clean and they even had the fireplace going. I had the chicken sandwich and it was not only HUGE, bur super crispy and tasty. The seasoned fries were delightful. My wife had the chicken dinner and the chicken was wonderful, crispy and seasoned just right. I just checked the locations and NONE in Florida. Looks like we will do a...

Our food was cold when we ordered thru. We bought Two Jack Burgers with cheese they were just cold, but the bacon ranch chicken wrap both of them were cold and the ranch tasted tangy it was not good at all.

The nuggets & fries are seasoned well and we're hot, but my nuggets were tiny. I asked for BBQ sauce, but got 2 rammikans full of diluted tobacco sauce? They cost over $6.00 (not including a drink) so was not a good value.
