The Dunkin' Donuts in Hampton Cove has one of the best teams I’ve ever seen. The staff here truly pays attention—they’re focused, friendly, and ready to serve you with a smile every time. Whether you’re ordering at the counter or through the mobile app, they make sure your order is right and ready fast.

As a delivery driver, speed and accuracy matter—and this team delivers on both. The drive-thru is quick, the service is consistent, and the people are genuinely kind. You can tell they care about getting it right and getting it done with great energy.

If you’re looking for a spot where the coffee is hot, the food is right, and the team is always on their A-game, this is it. Five stars all day!

i just wanted my favorite coffee from my local hampton cove dunkin this friday morning and this rude elderly woman was very unkind and forget my caramel drizzle on my coffee and then when i asked for a toasted bagel that was would make since that i wanted it with cream cheese she but instead she just throw a very burnt, tiny bagel into a bag with no cream cheese or knife. there is service is god aweful and if there was a star to rank them 0 i would. i have never had employees treat me this way. 10/10 don’t recommend ever going to the local hampton cove dunkin. 👎👎👎

I shouldn’t have to sit in the drive through for 15 minutes after I ordered at the intercoms because cars are cutting line for their mobile orders. If you’re going to offer mobile ordering please accommodate them with a second lane of some sort??? You’re being an inconvenience to everyone with the way you’re operating orders.

I don’t complain and I’m understanding person. I personally love going to Dunkin. It is one of them things that I do as a treat to myself this particular day I went ahead placement order online and decided to do a pick up through the drive-through. The line wasn’t going anywhere no big deal waited and waited and waited. Finally it became annoying and I was starting to run late for work. so I decided to go inside. Come to find out they were short stuff. No big deal. I didn’t get greeted when I came through the door again no big deal. Finally I went up to the lady, I said I have a pick up order it’s online she she ask name I told her my name the guy turn around and he gave me my coffee then he just turned back around to start making another coffee again no big deal. I’m still waiting on my food. Nobody asked me if I had any food at all so I had to go back to the end of the line and stand there and waited. I’m not the type of person that jumps in and cuts people off because that’s just rude but I’ve waited for a good solid 30 minutes if not more waiting so I jumped in when one of the customer got finished with their order. She looked at me and said can we help you and I said yes I’m still waiting on my food. All she did is just turn her head and she looked and said they’re still making it OK no big deal but I’m in a hurry, so I replied to her stating can I just get a refund she looked at me, rolled her eyes she’s like yeah sure you just have to wait. I walked out without my food and without my refund. My only thing is if you’re not in a hurry, you can go to this Dunkin, but if you’re in a hurry, don’t go to this Dunkin. This is my first time I ever had a bad experience like this at any Dunkin.

The people that work here are always very very nice! You have a fantastic, hardworking staff!
However, I always order through the drive through or the app and I have, on at least 5 occasions now, been given a latte with espresso/coffee when I have ordered a Chai latte. Since I do not drink coffee this has been a little bit annoying.
