Last time I went to this location the service was absolutely terrible. They didn’t know any of their drinks. This time it was much better and the drinks tasted very good.

Short staffed and employees were arguing. They did not thank us and just handed the coffee to us. It looked like a manager was standing around the corner in the front talking on her phone the whole time. This was on Saturday, December 6, 2025 around 10:10 am. All said and done, leaving staff so short handed I blame on the manager. We are from out of town but come to Owens Cross Roads often. We have never been disappointed with any establishment there until Dunkin Donuts. The Peppermint Mocha signature latte was terrible. It was lukewarm warm and had a strange taste. One person started the order and another finished it. The girl who was working drive thru is the one who was arguing with the other employee. She was also the one who was rude when handing us our order. The other girl wasn’t rude but seemed very stressed out.

I was there very early…only two of us. They took forever to get us drinks. My sandwich was FROZEN solid. All I could hear was a bunch of girls giggling in the back.

This Dunkin needs to get it together . The employees were extremely unorganized, unfriendly , and unclean . With all of the employees they had in there , there was absolutely no reason for it to be so slow and disorganized. I witnessed the employees picking up the donuts with no gloves after taking change from a customer. Waited for 15 mins just for my coffee to be disgusting.

Came through the drive thru for a pumpkin spice (the one with the cream cheese frosting) only to find out that they don’t offer it anymore which I found curious so I defaulted to my other favorite and I took 2 bites and the freshness and texture was horrible, did they serve me old donuts? Do you not make the donuts fresh daily? Why were these so UNPLEASANT? Your freshness or the lack of has been noted, your powdered coffee is noted, I will not be back. Get it right Charlie Brown!

Thursday mornings are horrible. The girl who works drive through, I think her name starts with a V, she has no business in this job. I’ve given her 3 chances and she proves every week she is incompetent. If I messed up this much at my job I’d be fired, maybe the management here should reconsider her position. I’m dead serious…unless you want to always be refunding and giving free coffees away because of her then so be it. Why am I waiting on coffee that’s on TAP and getting asked THREE times what I ordered (this happened two weeks in a row) I was forgotten about at the 2nd window last week. Listening is half the damn job!!
The usual morning girl was sweet and made it right last week by offering a free coffee but you can’t keep the person who constantly keeps screwing up. She really, in the nicest way, cannot seem to remember anything.

We waited 10 minutes by the register with 2 other customers and nobody even acknowledged issue. But all the drive thru customers got served. Are you in business or not? 2 of us walked out.

Cold coffee at 8:30am. Missing food from order. Long line for a mobile order. Food tastes like it’s been sitting around a long time the 3 hashbrowns I got were soggy and grey looking. There maybe have been more in the order but they were completely crushed into the little paper sack.. this place used to be good. Seems like the employees are more concerned about their own personal dramas than serving the customers or preparing anything well. If I ever got acknowledged right away walking up to the counter I’d be shocked and that’s sad.

I can't understand how a donut place can be out of powdered munchkin donuts and powdered regular donuts by 9 a.m, it seems every morning. They say they only bring a certain amount, well hello increase the amount of the ones that sell out, and decrease the ones you don't. This is the only dunkins I ever have this problem with. I find it odd.
