This Taco Bell is always so short staffed. They make you pull up to the window, pay, and then pull around the the front and wait a LONG time for your food. It’s like they don’t want their times in the drive thru to count against them. Really frustrating.
I did a mobile order and did it for drive thru. When I got to the window I waited 5 to 6 minutes for my food when they asked me if it was a mobile order I said yes. They shut the window and they pointed to the front of the store so I believe they gave my food to the wrong person. Then they had me pull up front so I did. I waited like 15 to 20 mins and no one came out…they we’re completely understaffed like only 3 people working..well I went inside and waited another 20 minutes...read full review

Waiting for my order to be placed and just watched an employee eat food straight from the line, never changed her gloves. And now she is making food for five thru. Will try to visit a different location next time. Time of visit is 6:30-7:00 pm. 3/4/24Mostly disappointed with the experience this time. It's usually really good.
