The use of the self-serve kiosks here is atrocious. They are often unresponsive with multiple attempts to navigate an overly complicated menu tree. And when the customer wants to pay in cash, you have to wait until the employees take notice and in this case re-enter the customer's order anyway. Just a nuisance. Employees were nice.
I recently visited Popeye's and had an amazing experience, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Josie, the lovely cashier. From the moment I walked in, Josie greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, making me feel welcome. She was incredibly patient and helpful as I decided on my order, offering great suggestions and ensuring I got exactly what I wanted. The food was delicious, but it was Josie's outstanding customer service that truly made my visit memorable....
Very clean, huge parking lot and the customer service was great! We will be back when we pass through here again. Priscilla in Popeyes was very accommodating. Love her energy and professionalism. She made our visit enjoyable. She is the kind of employee that should be in every Popeye's restaurant.
