Waited 5 minutes at this location (drive thru) for someone to take my order. Then paid at window, and waited in a spot for someone to bring my order for 8-10 minutes. Just not what I was expecting

Stopped by the drive thru for a quick lunch. Ordered a couple of chicken strip meals and chicken sandwich with a side of fries and redbeans and rice. Everything was fresh, hot, and tasted great. The biscuits were warm and fresh and always yummy! Service for friendly too.

They were out of mashed potatoes. No one was working th register when I first arrived. I was omly there to pick up a mobile order. Now you can't get mobile orfer at the ftive up window. You havevto go in and sign for it! Whatnisbthenpointbof placing a MOBILE order then? So I went inside and they still made me wait until everyone thst ordered inside got their order Whivh was 7 people. Again what is the point of placing a Mobile order. I thought placing a mobile order meant it was filled as soon as they got the order so it will be ready by the time you arrived at the store. It was very slow. Took me 46 minutes to pick up a mobile order! So once again what's the point of placing a mobile order.
Truly disappointed. I think it would be very difficult for the worker taking our order to care less about her job. This location was out of 4 sauces that we asked for until finally we asked “well, what sauces do you have”. In the 5 piece chicken tender that we ordered, 3 of our “tenders” were only breading with absolutely no chicken in them to be found. Our family gave this location another chance after it reopened, but we will not be wasting our money here again. To add insult to injury, we didn’t even get straws for our over priced “dinner”.
