the girl at the drive thru, is very rude
Can never get ahold of anyone over the phone and there’s no answering machine. The place looks dirty and smells dirty. Probably the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been too, which is sad because my favorite dessert is a DQ Blizzard 😔 Someone should buy that place in Hartselle and fix it up to a worthy representation of a DQ

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers a mixed experience. While some customers enjoyed their Blizzards, others found the ice cream almost melted. The burgers seemed different from before, with some missing the old patty. The chicken tenders were a bit small for some tastes. Despite these issues, the soft serve was satisfying, and the staff did make an effort, even flipping a Blizzard. However, there were complaints about rude service, with mistakes in orders and lack of politeness at the drive-thru window.
