“This is a fantastic Chinese restaurant. It is ran by a kind family. I appreciate that they have online ordering. It makes it so much easier when you’re having a hectic weeknight and just want to order out for something tasty. I usually get the sweet and sour chicken and my husband will alternate between a few dishes depending on what he’s craving. We used to also get the crab rangoons with our order, but they have been quite thin the last 3 times so we just skip ordering them now. I’m not sure what changed.“

I spilled my soup at my table through my own carelessness. The staff replaced it no charge. They were super kind and understanding about the situation.

The strawberry milk tea is great and so is the soup! I got the beef noodle soup mild. The beef is pretty tough so don't try to poke it with a fork, that's how I spilled my soup.

the bowls they use are very lightweight and kind of top heavy so are prone to dump all the contents :(“

“The restaurant may not seem like much from the outside or the inside, but don’t let that fool you. I have not had anything from here that I did not like. You may have to call back if there is no answer because she is most likely triple tasking to get orders out the door.“

Parking: Big parking lot, don't worry if you have to walk the food is good you'll make up for the steps.

“When we moved to Huntsville, we were anxious to find a go to Chinese restaurant and tried out a few different ones in the Midcity area. After trying Oriental Express, we knew we found our spot. It’s affordable, classic Chinese American cuisine that never fails to hit the spot. Especially the egg drop soup! My husband and I split the dinner entree, which is only $15, and have tried every type of chicken so far, the teriyaki and the oriental with lo mein is our favorite.“

“If they say 15 minutes, it’s ready in 15 minutes. Food with flavor. Egg drop soup is consistently good not too thick or thin. The pork fried rice with fried wings is always hot. The wings are fried extra crispy. The Mongolian chicken fulfilled my Mongolian craving. It was so full of flavor. This is now our go to place!

Kid-friendliness: Kid menu is available. Sweet and sour chicken, chicken nuggets, or Noodle plain with a choice of chicken pork or shrimp. Portions are nice size.“

“The China Dragon on Pine Grove Road has good food. There are some tables to eat inside, however, I think most people get their food to go. The portions are large, and the food is always hot and fresh. They occasionally do not get special orders (no onions) correct, so I recommend one check special orders before leaving.“

“I ordered salmon and shrimp hibachi. It came with 2 pieces of salmon and 4 shrimp. I asked about it. She said that I should have 4 salmon and that she checked before my order went out. She claimed that the other pieces must have broken apart. They were never there. Taste was okay. It was not worth $15. I had it to go but ate it there because there wasn't much to it. Lots of brown rice filler.“

“They have a variety of food options, and everything I tried was fresh and delicious. They have a great seafood boil, fresh sushi, tasty pizza, creamy Mac n' Cheese, and flavorful steak. The desserts were on their own separate bar; they even had fruits and jelly available.“
