Very rude shift manager on 6/12/2024 at 11:30 AM. Ordered on line and she said we do not have your order. Retrieved the email with proof of purchase and she would not even look my way. They finally fix the order and gave it to me, but again when asked about it. She said they didn't have it.

NOT A THING. NOTHING. NADA.
My last two drive thru experiences have been terrible. First, the food is not still hot by the time I arrive home from picking up my drive thru. im about 5-7 minutes from home. The bags are too small and cannot completely seal the heat in. second, I ask for horsey sauce and didn't receive in my bag ( 2 times) roast beef is very dry without ANY sauce. I also got the wrong drink (dr. pepper vs. a coke. NO napkins in the bags either. I have decided to NOT EVER return to this restaurant...read full review
