Hit and miss. Whenever a certain employee is working, we avoid this Starbucks and drive the extra miles to Huntsville. Also, personal cups still end up in the paper coated plastic ones and sit and wait for you to arrive so the save the planet initiative Starbucks tries to promote isn't doing anything. When it comes to service there are a few employees are rude and act self-entitled specifically when they have oops-ed a drink. Atmosphere also depends on the employees some...
Went in and my daughter treated me to whatever I wanted for Mothers Day. It took 35 minutes and me asking about my small lemonade to find out our order sticker was never placed out in line to be made.
Oliver was awesome this morning. Always enjoy the service and attitude of the staff there. I had my hands full with my dog this morning and he fed her the pup cup and got my coffee to me! Thank yall for making my morning
