Food is always good. They have a toppings bar. People are always nice.

Hacienda San Antonio Mexican Restaurant and Taqueria offers great food and service in a quiet spot. They had the perfect chips, thin and crispy, warm and no grease. The lunch fajita special for $8.99 included sweet tea, and these were on par with any of the better Mexican restaurants. The food is delicious and flavorful, fresh and hot, with bold, authentic flavor. The service is great, prompt, friendly, and courteous, with staff who are super friendly and attentive. The place is clean. Lunch specials start from $7.99 and up WITH a drink (soda/tea/lemonade). Prices are fair except for the beer, as $4.50 for a single longneck in Heflin is a bit steep. Parking has always been a problem, so go just before or after peak hours and enjoy a good meal. This definitely did not disappoint.
