2weeks ago I sent in a problem I had at the Heflin location with NO RESPONSE I went in on z Saturday morning for some breakfast items I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and 1 order of breakfast potatoes thru the drive thru, went to the window the young man at the window took my debit card for payment repeated my order and I took the bag and drove home it was about 1025am. gig the bag home and was missing 1 sandwiches to feed 3 grand kids guess what that was nog the first or second...read full review
They are so rude and never want to do the order right or give you correct sauce. Also get mad when you try to do the rewards scanning thing.
Went thru the drive thru. I ordered a crispy chicken salad, with 3 cups of ranch. I also ordered a #5 combo with coke to drink. I ordered an extra cheeseburger. I checked bag to make sure I had everything. I get home and when my husband unwrapped a cheeseburger, all it had was meat and cheese. All 3 were like that. Maybe at the window start going over the order and then it won't be wrong.
